ReturnsAll product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Techachi Customer Service via email, email@example.com.
All products that are new with the retail packing never opened can be returned to Techachi within 15 days. All products that are either certified/open box/used can also be returned within 90 days with all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.

Products that are received by Techachi in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:
- Any product that exhibits physical/liquid/cosmetic damage.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box. manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product. Refunds received in this condition may incur a restocking fee or be rejected.
- Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model for part number label, and/or warranty label.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including Gift cards and Downloadable software products.
To complete your return, we will require a receipt and/or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the product meets the guidelines stated above, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check the status of the refund with your financial institution before contacting us as it does take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
